Shutterstock.com. They wanted ten photos submitted- Ten of my best. Narrowing it down to ten that I wanted to submit was the most challenging. A little editing was necessary for most of them. But I had my ten ready to go within an hour or so. I took a deep breath and downloaded my images. Then I went through and labelled them with keywords so they'd be directed to the right place. Most fell into the Nature and Parks/Outdoors categories. I wondered if that would be a problem with them all being of the same or similar topic.
They must accept at least four of your initial photos or you won't be able to submit anything for a month. They could reject up to seven. I felt confident and satisfied that I'd taken the step. I expected to hear back within a few days, and was eager to see which ones they would accept and which, if any, they'd reject.
I've included four of the ten images I submitted. What do YOU think?
